Henry gill
about me
Henry Gill is a curious student fascinated by how culture, history, and business influence interactions within communities. With a vision to become a cultural anthropologist, his interests stem from observing the stories behind everyday experiences, whether through cuisine, sports, or traditions. That curiosity grew into research and creative projects where he explored Japanese high school baseball through a sociocultural lens and worked to raise the voices of immigrant-owned businesses in New York’s Chinatown.
Henry has also developed a passion for problem-solving and innovation, founding a venture that recycles old Lego bricks and interacts with the fan community. In his free time, Henry finds balance on the baseball field, where teamwork and diligence offer a different joy. He loves to explore New York City with his friends by thrifting for clothes and discovering hidden gem restaurants.
